Payments

Payment is required in full prior to the start of any work on a case.


Any requests for appeals of a denied claim must be submitted to Larkin Consulting within the time-frames below. If a request is submitted with less notice given than the time-frames below, the client will be charged a “Rush Fee”.


  • Hearing: Requests must be received at least 2 weeks prior to deadline for submission.
  • Reconsideration: Requests must be received at least 30 days prior to deadline for submission.
  • ECAB Appeal: Requests must be received at least 6 weeks prior to deadline for submission.


Your paid fee will be placed into an escrow account until appropriate work has been done on the case. Upon completion of the appropriate work, a fee breakdown will be submitted by Larkin Consulting, to Department of Labor enabling us to take the payment out of escrow. You will receive a copy of the written fee approval that is sent by Department of Labor.


Payments may be sent in the form of a check or money order made payable to Larkin Consulting, LLC or Western Union. This fee will cover the work necessary on getting a case processed. This work may include but not be limited to writing medical reports, calling doctor’s offices, following up with Department of Labor on your case, phone consultations with the claimant, and etc.


Depending on the status of the case, at the time of hiring Larkin Consulting, an additional fee may apply if additional appeals are needed (i.e. Hearing, Reconsideration, ECAB Appeal, etc.)


Payment in full and a signed Client Service Agreement and Authorization Letter are required prior to the start of any work.
