Stephen is a Retired Federal Employee of the United States Postal Service.
Born and raised in New York, he joined the Postal Service back in 1972 and the American Postal Workers Union in 1982. Steve served many positions including Vice President of his local APWU. The first case that he ever handled as a Union Rep was a

Stephen is a Retired Federal Employee of the United States Postal Service.
Born and raised in New York, he joined the Postal Service back in 1972 and the American Postal Workers Union in 1982. Steve served many positions including Vice President of his local APWU. The first case that he ever handled as a Union Rep was a Worker's Compensation case which he got accepted. Since then his passion for helping injured federal workers has only continued to grow. Through the years, he has taught and received many training seminars. He also trained at the University of Cornell in their Labor Studies program for Worker's Compensation. In 2012, he retired from the post office and moved to Maryland where he currently resides with his wife, Lynne.

Cheryl is Stephen's daughter and the part-time manager at Larkin Consulting, LLC.
In addition to managing the office she is also training with Steve. She also runs a branch of a local dog walking and pet sitting company and is a full-time mom to two beautiful boys, Logan and Scott. She lives with her husband, Chris, her t
